Job Summary:

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who has demonstrated experience in DevOps and software development. Also, someone who is looking to grow their DevOps skills and has an interest and experience in the latest public cloud platform offerings.

Manage builds/releases in an agile environment. Will act as a liaison between varying business units to promote smooth and timely delivery of software services and/or updates. Takes a leading role in transitioning our platform to public cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS. Continually improves and enhances our ability to automate the delivery of the Optimal Blue products into the production environment with no downtime.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Manages builds/releases for Enterprise SaaS solution in a dynamic environment.
  • Support and enhance build and deployment tools through automation using a combination of scripting and processes.
  • Works with third party integration vendors, customers and the networking group to resolve outages in production environments.
  • Configures and prepares production releases, deployment and rollback instructions.
  • Create both PaaS and IaaS resources in Azure and AWS to support development, product and QA.
  • Administer VSTS and build solution into the production and pre-production environments.
  • Perform release activities in coordination with Product, PM, QA and development teams in a timely and efficient manner to ensure smooth, repeatable releases.
  • Eagerness to learn and implement the latest deployment options in Azure to allow for no-downtime installs during normal business hours.
  • Supports ongoing project needs in build construction, promotion and verification with focus to implement build and release automation.
  • Drives the Development team towards 100% automation in building, deploying and managing the Optimal Blue suite of solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong experience with database migrations and database versioning technologies
  • Minimum 3 years in Release Engineering role to include:
    • Source code management administration
    • Building and deploying .Net based applications using automation
    • Isolating build/deployment issues versus code issues
    • VSTS/GIT Administration
  • VSTS Build and Deploy Automation preferred
  • Experience working with web server technologies
  • SaaS experience preferred
  • Solid background in Agile SDLC management
  • Experience working with rapid, overlapping product release cycles and shifting priorities

Job Summary

The Sr. Infrastructure Engineer will focus on monitoring, managing, and manipulating all the required components of our infrastructure including servers, storage, networking, security, telecom, and applications running on servers withing our existing data centers and in cloud solutions (Microsoft Azure & AWS). This team member will perform routine to complex system administration tasks in a mostly Windows and Linux environment supporting both our servicing and corporate platforms.

    Essential Responsibilities

    • Manage, maintain, improve and evolve the Optimal Blue infrastructure as we continue to modernize our platforms.
    • Accountability for large projects including efforts to architect and migrate solutions to the cloud in our efforts to close our data centers.
    • Monitor and improve performance of systems.
    • Stay on top of industry trends; work with vendors in evaluating and implementing new technologies.
    • Monitor and manage multiple sites (offices, datacenters, cloud) with over 600 virtual servers and expanding PaaS-based solutions.
    • Assist with daily monitoring and troubleshooting tasks on servers, applications, storage, and networks.
    • Ensure documentation of all processes is maintained.
    • Participate in the continuous maintenance of policies and procedures to ensure that all systems are routinely secured, monitored, and maintained.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in creating and maintaining an Azure infrastructure
    • Knowledge in deploying IaaS, SaaS and Paas solutions
    • Virtualization experience with Hyper-V and cloud infrastructure
    • Knowledge of and experience with relatively large-scale networks and Microsoft web environments
    • 5+ years experience with enterprise-level networking hardware (Juniper, Palo Alto, Cisco) and server management (Cisco, Windows Server/Linux)
    • Experience in securing cloud-based networks and operating systems
    • Experience in the following areas also desired: Office 365 management (Exchange, MDM, Intune, etc.); Microsoft SQL server; Security management (Blue Coat, etc.); IIS management;
      Load balancing (F5); Cisco UCM or Telecom Administration (Cisco UCS a plus)
    • Ability to interact with others; make proposals, prioritize and execute tasks as the same time
    • BE or BS Degree

Job Summary:

This position will be responsible for supporting the developers of consuming customers in the implementation, troubleshooting and ongoing support of Optimal Blue API. Optimal Blue API is used for integrations with various Loan Origination Systems (LOS) as well as many mortgage technology partners.

Responsibilities

  • Communicating verbally and in writing with developers to ensure they have access to and understand all of the documentation related to integrations using Optimal Blue’s API
  • Assist developers with troubleshooting/debugging all issues related to the building and testing of the API integration i.e. data/content abnormalities connection issues etc.
  • Responsible for identifying and communicating trends to management

Qualifications

  • 2 plus years’ experience debugging and supporting integrated software applications using Web APIs
  • 2 plus years’ experience using API troubleshooting tools (experience with Postman a definite plus)
  • 2 plus years’ experience working with both technical (developers) and nontechnical customers explaining and supporting the implementation and troubleshooting process associated with Web APIs
  • 2 plus years’ experience working in the mortgage industry
  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required
