With this release, Optimal Blue is excited to announce the support of Non-Standard Loan Term functionality! This new enhancement creates more streamlined workflow processes and better visibility for products that allow lower odd loan terms.
We have added new fields to the existing product configuration to allow for granular, yet easy setup on existing products, enabling them to return for non-standard loan term searches. We have enhanced our mapping to allow for the appropriate loan term to be selected when launching from an LOS to Optimal Blue, eliminating the need for manual updates for odd loan terms, both when locking and for all post lock transactions. We know that enabling this functionality will be a big time saver for all customers that support non-standard loan terms!
