Users can configure the loan details that display on the Change Request Submission and Change Request Confirmation screens. Please note that the fields whose values are changing will always display on these forms.
In your Lender site, click the Admin tab and then the Change Requests link.
Access Level Type – Select the access level to configure what fields display on the Change Submission/Confirmation screen for those users.
Select fields to hide on Change Request – Click to select fields and use the Add/Remove arrows to move selected fields.
Available Individual Fields – Loan details in this column will display on the Change Request submission/accept form even if the values are not changing as a result of the request.
Hidden Fields – Loan details in this column will not display on the Change Request submission/accept form.
