This article describes how loan officers can download Fannie 3.2 files from Optimal Blue.

Download a Fannie 3.2 File

1. Select the appropriate loan from your pipeline.

2. Click the Fannie 3.2 File Download button.

3. Save the *.fnm file to your desktop.
