Cause:
This happens when there is no active lock record in Encompass (e.g. if the loan is cancelled in Encompass before being cancelled in Optimal Blue.
Delete above and send to customer:
This error happens when there is no active lock record in Encompass (example: If the loan is canceled in Encompass before being canceled in Optimal Blue).
To resolve this, go back into the loan in Optimal Blue and do a “Save to LOS” push. When the Save to LOS push is completed then retry the Cancel push and it should push successfully. Let me know if you have any questions, or if the retry is not successful.
