This article explains how to configure the sender email address for lock Accept and Deny emails sent from Optimal Blue.
1. Select the appropriate entity from the drop-down list. You may also choose to apply the change to all entities (see below).
2. Navigate to the section titled Email / System Display.
3. Update the Value field with the appropriate sender address. Check the Apply to All Entities box if you want this setting applied to all users.
4. Click the Update Properties button at the bottom of the page to Save.
