Internal – Setting Reminders

You can create a reminder for yourself in Freshdesk, and it will send you an email notification with a link to the ticket when the reminder is due?

Look for the TO-DO section in the bottom right side of the ticket.

It even works on closed tickets. If you have a ticket that you want to follow up on in a few months, you can close the ticket and create a reminder to follow up.

You can see all your reminders on the Dashboard (To-Do widget)
