LendingTree Workflow and Mapping Documentation

LendingTree offers two workflows. Both offer a way to get lead information and pricing offers in the Broker’s Lead Management Solution(LMS)/ Customer Relationship (CRM) tool. 

1. LendingTree Direct with an option to post the Request and Response to a 3rd Party LMS/CRM

2. Leadmailbox with LendingTree

Note: Loansifter is using the unified XML Specs to process Lead offers through the Loansifter Pricing Engine. This is a DIFFERENT XML Schema than Optimal Blue. 

The Credentials must match the credentials hosted at the Loansifter system Level. 

Loansifter supports:

1. First Lien only (no Heloc)

2. Foreclosure and Bankruptcy must be “Never”

FOR any LMS that doesn’t already consume LT requests the request/response technical documentation is attached in addition to the sample response.
