LO Compensation Configuration for QM

If you are using the LO Compensation feature, you must assign the appropriate entity type to each business channel. The entity that you select determines how the system uses QM points and fees.

NOTE: If you would like to enable the LO Compensation feature, contact your Optimal Blue Client Success Manager.

1. From the Configuration site, select the appropriate Business Channel Entity.

2. Click Entity Preferences.

3. In the Entity Type field, select the appropriate entity type to assign to each business channel:

• Retail – The LO compensation is excluded from points and fees.

• Wholesale – The LO compensation is included in points and fees.

• Correspondent – The LO compensation is excluded from points and fees.

4. Click Update.
