Customer is stating that some or all LO’s are not able to select MI inside of OB.
This is likely because the version of IE Point is running is not supported by the new MI functionality.
One solution for the MI provider dropdown not appearing is to add the attached entry to the Windows registry (assuming they are running IE 11). Note that each individual user who is experiencing this issue will need to add this registry.
If they are running a different version of IE, the registry value is different, and you will need to open a TR to get the correct registry.
