LO not listed in dropdown (Reassign or Pipeline) – Internal

Issue:

1) A customer is wanting to reassign a loan to another Loan Officer, but the LO is not in the dropdown

2) A customer is looking for a Loan Officer in the pipeline tab, but the LO is not in the dropdown.

What to check:

Was the LO added to Optimal Blue within the past 30 mins?

It could take up to 30 mins for a new LO to show up in their site.

Resolution:

If has been longer than 30 mins since the LO was added to Optimal Blue, it is likely that the LO has not saved a loan yet.  A LO will not show up in the pipeline tab or the reassign dropdown until they have saved or registered at least one loan.
