Users must be set up for Mobile App access in Optimal Blue to access the system through the OB Mobile App. If a user does not have mobile app access set up in Optimal Blue, an error message will display when they try to log in to the app. Access to the Optimal Blue PPE Mobile App for iOS can be granted at the individual user level or for all users within an entity.
To grant an existing user access to the Optimal Blue PPE Mobile App:
1. On the User Administration screen, click the Edit icon in the row for the user.
2. Select the Mobile App checkbox.
3. The Allow Login From setting must be set to Optimal Blue Website and LOS.
Contact your Client Services Team if you wish to enable access for all users at the entity level. This process can be completed for all users for a particular entity at one time. You can then remove access at the individual user level if desired.
