What do I need to know about using Auto-Accept with Encompass?

In order for Auto-Accept via SDK pushes to occur, all users must have exited the loan in Encompass and Optimal Blue.


Encompass Admin user created for OBUser must be active for Auto-Accept via SDK to work.


When scripting a rule to auto-accept at the product level, the Entity Preference to Auto-Accept “via ePass” or “via SDK” must be turned on for all entities for the rule to work properly. Please ask Optimal Blue Client Services to review these settings.


Auto Accept pushes will continue to retry every minute for 30 minutes or until successful.


Lock Accept email to the Originator is not sent until the push is successful.
