To select FHA Streamline in Optimal Blue, the following fields in Encompass should be marked as noted below:

1. Purpose of Loan (19) to “No Cash-Out Refi”
2. Purpose of Refinance (299) to “No Cash-Out FHA Streamlined”
3. Refinance Type (MORNET.X40) to “Streamline With/ Without Appraisal”
4. Documentation Type (MORNET.X67) of “Streamline Refinance”
5. Loan Type (1172) of “FHA” checked

Note: It is recommended that the Loan Purpose field in Optimal Blue is read-only/locked down.
