Job Summary:

We are looking for an Optimal Blue Account Manager/Client Services Representative who is responsible for a variety of tasks required to implement new customers and provide support for existing customers.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Maintain customer relationships; proactively provide customers with helpful information regarding the system and make suggestions on how to use the system to its full capability
  • Complete defined Account Management/product training to obtain complete understanding of the system
  • Converse with customers by phone addressing any questions, problems, and ongoing training
  • Stay informed on new release changes and new products

Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager plays a key role in driving revenue for Optimal Blue, LLC from their home office and in their assigned territory. This position will be responsible for supporting the Optimal Blue software integrations team who is focused on ensuring timely integrations with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) for new and existing clients. Job Summary:

Play a critical role in developing and executing against the corporate strategy around the creation and maintenance of market leading consumer engagement functionality.
