Job Summary:

This position will be responsible for managing the contract review process to include implementing best practices, process improvements, consistent terms and adherence to company policy. Responsibility includes customer and vendor contracts.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement the contract review process/contract policy.
  • Oversees the preparation and revision of contracts and addendums for both vendors and customers, working closely with contract owners as needed.
  • Ensures appropriate NDA is signed prior to contract negotiations.
  • Analyzes all terms and conditions in contracts, including terms and conditions, to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations and company policies.
  • Ensures that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness, interpretation to support implementation.
  • Audits existing contracts and oversees contract modifications.
  • Monitor contract renewals and notify relevant parties as needed.
  • Identifies contract exceptions and ensures company is able to comply with exceptions.
  • Maintains a computer database for the company’s contract management system.
  • Coordinates with the finance department to ensure correct billing and collection of contractual revenues.
  • Prepares reports on the status of contracts for management.
  • Works with the Compliance team on requests for information.
  • Conducts special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience; Experience in a SaaS environment preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Paralegal education/certification including contract review and negotiations experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • Demonstrated experience in building processes where there are none
  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally to get tasks/goals completed

Job Summary:

This position will be responsible for supporting the Optimal Blue software integrations team who is focused on ensuring timely integrations with new and existing clients/partners.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting new integrations and providing updates/maintenance on multiple, existing integrations.

Job Summary:

The Senior Analyst role is comprised of three primary areas of responsibility; client management, trading, and analysis. Fifty percent of the time is spent in direct client contact and the other fifty percent is spent in trading, and analytical related duties such as pipeline hedging, P/L reporting/analysis, and other analysis. This opportunity is ideal for someone who has a firm understanding of the secondary mortgage markets and enjoys working with people.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management to include presentations, problem solving, customer relationship development and maintenance.
  • Client related performance reporting, data analysis, loan committing and pipeline hedging
  • Responsible for mentoring and working with more junior analyst to ensure all client related responsibilities are being executed in such a way that meets our commitment to the customer and to excellence
  • Actively participate in the ongoing commitment to process improvements and enhancements within our processes and procedures

Qualifications:

  • 5 years’ experience in mortgage secondary marketing to include marketing, hedging, valuation and committing
  • 5 years of experience in a Client Account management role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
