Job Summary:

We are looking for an Optimal Blue Account Manager/Client Services Representative who is responsible for a variety of tasks required to implement new customers and provide support for existing customers.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Maintain customer relationships; proactively provide customers with helpful information regarding the system and make suggestions on how to use the system to its full capability
  • Complete defined Account Management/product training to obtain complete understanding of the system
  • Converse with customers by phone addressing any questions, problems, and ongoing training
  • Stay informed on new release changes and new products
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service evidenced by customer feedback and performance reviews
  • Stay informed on industry trends
  • Conduct in person (on site or at customer’s location) training sessions

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • At least two years’ experience in the mortgage lending industry
  • Secondary marketing experience
  • Familiarity and experience with mortgage technology including PPEs, LOS, etc.
  • Familiarity and understanding of the loan process from origination to sale
  • Familiarity with investor rate sheets and product guidelines is required
  • Basic to advanced computer skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Some travel required

Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager plays a key role in driving revenue for Optimal Blue, LLC from their home office and in their assigned territory. Successful candidates will have a proven track record in hunting, building, managing, and consistently delivering high performing sales through a consultative approach. The Business Development Manager will achieve/exceed sales targets by acquiring new customers in the Mortgage Lending Industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a clear cadence of building and maintaining high quality pipeline at all times
  • Recognize customer business problems and drive/influence resources to address these needs; create business proposals around these needs
  • Consistently meet or exceed annual sales quota
  • Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms by selling value and ROI
  • Work effectively to facilitate sales opportunity by orchestrating internal and partner resources
  • Work with Pre-Sales technical resources to gain complete understanding of customer needs and customize the appropriate solution
  • Effectively close sales pipeline by following company’s sales methodology and processes
  • Become a trusted advisor to the customer
  • Adopt and use company’s sales productivity tools
  • Provide timely and insightful feedback to product management and marketing

Role Requirements:

  • 7+ years of relevant B2B sales experience in financial services and/or technology using a consultative sales approach
  • Experience and desire to sell product offerings of 5 or fewer
  • Skilled in articulating the value and differentiation of solutions
  • Quick learner with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in selling at all levels in the buyer organization by building trust, acting with integrity and leading by example
  • Ability to forge, develop and maintain productive customer relationships
  • Ability to develop effective territory plan using a combination of face to face and phone/web presentations to drive sales with 50% travel within territory as well as to industry events
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other sales automation tool
  • Mortgage industry and/or mortgage software experience a definite plus

Job Summary:

This position will be responsible for managing the contract review process to include implementing best practices, process improvements, consistent terms and adherence to company policy. Responsibility includes customer and vendor contracts.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement the contract review process/contract policy.
  • Oversees the preparation and revision of contracts and addendums for both vendors and customers, working closely with contract owners as needed.
  • Ensures appropriate NDA is signed prior to contract negotiations.
  • Analyzes all terms and conditions in contracts, including terms and conditions, to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations and company policies.
  • Ensures that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness, interpretation to support implementation.
  • Audits existing contracts and oversees contract modifications.
  • Monitor contract renewals and notify relevant parties as needed.
  • Identifies contract exceptions and ensures company is able to comply with exceptions.
  • Maintains a computer database for the company’s contract management system.
  • Coordinates with the finance department to ensure correct billing and collection of contractual revenues.
  • Prepares reports on the status of contracts for management.
  • Works with the Compliance team on requests for information.
  • Conducts special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience; Experience in a SaaS environment preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Paralegal education/certification including contract review and negotiations experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • Demonstrated experience in building processes where there are none
  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally to get tasks/goals completed

Job Summary:

Manage all pre-production environments in Azure. Work with the Dev Ops Lead to automate the creation of Azure Services, code deployments and database changes.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manages builds/releases for Enterprise SaaS solution in a dynamic environment.
  • Creates both PaaS and IaaS services in Azure to support development, product and QA.
  • Collaborates with the Operations team to ensure that standards are met.
  • Perform release activities in coordination with Product, PM, QA, and development teams in a timely and efficient manner to ensure smooth repeatable releases.
  • Administer TFS and build solution into the production and pre-production environments.
  • Support and enhance build and deployment tools through automation using a combination of scripting and processes.
  • Support multiple concurrent releases through various staging environments.
  • Maintains stack diagrams, configuration information and release history for all pre-production and production environments.
  • Configures and prepares production releases, prepares deployment and rollback instructions, presents production patches and releases to the change board.
  • Supports ongoing project needs in build construction, promotion and verification with focus to implement build and release automation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong experience with database migrations and database versioning technologies
  • Strong Microsoft Azure experience with creation and configuration.
  • Minimum 1 years in Release Engineering role to include:
    • Source code management administration
    • Building and deploying .Net based applications using automation
    • Isolating build/deployment issues versus code issues
    • TFS administration/GIT administration
  • Experience working with web server technologies. SaaS experience preferred.
  • Solid background in Agile SDLC management
  • Experience working with rapid, overlapping product release cycles

Job Summary:

This position will be responsible for supporting the Optimal Blue software integrations team who is focused on ensuring timely integrations with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) for new and existing clients. This position will support new client integrations as well as updates to and maintenance of existing system integrations. We are looking for someone with good communication skills who can work with a variety of external clients and their vendors as well as with internal teams to ensure delivery and quality of services.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting new integrations and providing updates/maintenance on existing LOS integrations.
  • Communicating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely installations and updates.
  • Troubleshooting Integrations and debugging internet connectivity issues.
  • Responsible for supporting one or more LOS and/or LPOS systems.
  • Responsible for writing queries and doing some web development tasks.

Qualifications:

  • 2 plus years’ experience debugging internet connectivity issues, supporting integrated software applications, and SaaS implementations.
  • Proficient in at least on programming language with preference being VB
  • Experience writing SQL queries
  • Familiar with .Net framework
  • Experience with web development and/or web services

Senior Database Administrator (Sr. DBA)

Summary: Sr. DBA/ Database Optimizer/Database Expert – SQL

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for the configuration, administration, monitoring, and maintenance of all databases within the company working as part of team.
  • Knowledge of and expertise with Microsoft SQL Server 2008R2+ in high-volume applications.
  • Strong understanding of table structure and indexing strategies to maximize performance and minimize maintenance. Solid comprehension of IO limitation and optimizations
  • Excellent skills designing and maintaining highly availability database platforms and disaster recovery (DR) solutions including techniques such as mirroring, always on availability groups, and log shipping.
  • Keen adherence to implementation and enforcement of database security policies.
  • Availability to participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours production support.
  • Experience managing a distributed environment of databases (1000+ databases).
  • Strong skills building and maintaining database monitoring capabilities.
  • Experience with SAN-based replication using VSS snapshots and windows clustered implementations.
  • Configure, maintain, improve and evolve our SQL database platforms
  • Monitor performance and availability
  • Ensure database integrity and standards are fully implemented
  • Help us implement optimization techniques that will improve overall database performance
  • Anticipate and manager growth and change risk
  • Work with vendors in evaluating and implementing new technologies

Job Requirements:

  • BE or BS Degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Eight (8) + IT operation with strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices.
  • Five (5) + years of experience supporting Microsoft SQL Server environments 2008R2 and higher.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving blocking and deadlocking, connectivity, availability, and security issues.
  • Experience interpreting ‘Estimated Execution Plans’ to identify and/or resolve performance issues.
  • Strong knowledge of backups, restores, recovery models, shrink operations, clustering, log shipping, mirroring, and DR procedures.
  • Powershell experience a plus.
  • Ability to interact with highly-motivated development staff
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks
  • Work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
