Job Summary:

We are looking for an Optimal Blue Account Manager/Client Services Representative who is responsible for a variety of tasks required to provide support for existing customers.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Maintain customer relationships; proactively provide customers with helpful information regarding the system and make suggestions on how to use the system to its full capability
  • Complete defined Account Management/product training to obtain complete understanding of the system
  • Converse with customers by phone addressing any questions, problems, and ongoing training
  • Stay informed on new release changes and new products
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service evidenced by customer feedback and performance reviews
  • Stay informed on industry trends
  • Conduct in person (on site or at customer’s location) training sessions

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • At least two years’ experience in the mortgage lending industry
  • Secondary marketing experience

  • Familiarity and understanding of the loan process from origination to sale

Job Summary:

The Content Analyst will be responsible for reading and interpreting investor product matrices, mortgage underwriting guidelines, mortgage rate sheets and bulletins. The Content analyst will also be responsible for updating the above listed items in a proprietary mortgage product and pricing engine.

Responsibilities:

  • Review mortgage rate sheets and guidelines, compare with current information and determine if changes to rules are required

Job Summary:

Build internal and external relationships in support of the organization’s Content Distribution products. Work directly with our investors in the mortgage loan origination industry to ensure they continue to understand and see the value to them of participating in Optimal Blue’s products.
