Job Summary:

We are looking for an Optimal Blue Client Advisor who is responsible for a variety of tasks required to provide support for existing customers.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Maintain customer relationships; proactively provide customers with helpful information regarding the system and make suggestions on how to use the system to its full capability
  • Complete defined Client Advisor/Product training to obtain complete understanding of the system
  • Converse with customers by phone addressing any questions, problems, and ongoing training
  • Stay informed on new release changes and new products
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service evidenced by customer feedback and performance reviews
  • Stay informed on industry trends
  • Conduct in person (on site or at customer’s location) training sessions

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • At least two years’ experience in the mortgage lending industry
  • Secondary marketing experience
  • Familiarity and experience with mortgage technology including PPEs, LOS, etc.
  • Familiarity and understanding of the loan process from origination to sale
  • Familiarity with investor rate sheets and product guidelines is required
  • Basic to advanced computer skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills

Job Summary:

Your role will be responsible for developing data products used by our SaaS customers. if you like data, have an analytical mind set and an eye for detail, this is the opportunity for you!

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Be a key contributor in a cross-functional, agile, data engineering and analytics team.
  • Perform data wrangling using a variety of tools and techniques.
  • Develop ETL pipelines using source databases and REST services.
  • Build scalable and supportable data platforms and support the fast-growing data within the business.
  • Integrate with data mining packages (ML, ANNs, Decision Tree, etc.), e.g. the Azure Cortana Intelligence suite
  • Develop, support the development of, reports and visualizations using Power BI or similar packages.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through well-defined acceptance criteria and testing.
  • Help shape user stories for new capabilities, ensuring data lineage is well managed as part of the process.

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in ETL development and backroom processes required.
  • Strong SQL experience, including advanced query concepts and query performance tuning.
  • Experience with standard star schema design and development concepts, including fact table types, grain levels and SCDs required.
  • Experience in cloud computing (PaaS and IaaS) environments.
  • Experience in general-purpose programming language such as C#, Java, or Python.
  • Familiarity with Big Data platforms and pipeline concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Summary

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide direction for enhancements to interest rate risk models
  • Enhance and maintain other financial models (MSR, ARMs)
  • Validate model performance
  • Enhance P&L reporting and attribution capabilities across all clients
  • Provide ad hoc analytics to the Analyst team when requested
  • Work closely with Development to translate ideas and models into workable technology
  • Present and explain models and model outputs to clients

Qualifications:

  • 10 plus years’ experience in Financial Analysis to include economic modeling, P&L forecasting, hedging modeling and risk analysis
    • Will consider fewer years of Financial Analysis experience if analysis experience has been in the Mortgage Capital Markets business
  • Experience with Statistics, SQL, SAS highly desired
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics and/or related areas of study or equivalent experience required
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration a plus

This is an entry level position that will introduce the candidate to the secondary marketing sector of the mortgage origination industry.

Detailed Responsibilities:

Responsible for a variety of tasks, such as:

  • Verbal/electronic confirmation and balancing of MBS trades and investor commitments
  • Addressing and reconciling trade/commitment discrepancies
  • Execution and transmission of trade assignments
  • Data Entry
  • Ad hoc responsibilities as required

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • High school diploma required; an undergraduate degree is preferred (Business, Finance or Economics is desired)
  • Candidate must have a strong work ethic, high attention to detail and excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • This position requires the ability to work as part of a team in a trading environment, to work directly with vendors, and make use of excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Excel skills are also a plus
