Job Summary:

We are looking for an Optimal Blue Account Manager/Client Services Representative who is responsible for a variety of tasks required to provide support for existing customers.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Maintain customer relationships; proactively provide customers with helpful information regarding the system and make suggestions on how to use the system to its full capability
  • Complete defined Account Management/product training to obtain complete understanding of the system
  • Converse with customers by phone addressing any questions, problems, and ongoing training

Job Summary:

Under the supervision of the Revenue Manager, this position performs both routine and moderately complex tasks for all aspects of the revenue cycle (from Contracts to Cash) for a fast-growing, dynamic software (mortgage technology) firm.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Review customer contracts and interpret them for initial setup and amended setup for billing purposes into various billing/accounting systems.
  • Prepare customer invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Promptly and accurately respond to billing questions and issues raised by customers, sales/support teams, management and auditors.
  • Analyze root cause of billing issues and revenue reporting activity and recommend ongoing improvements/solutions that improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Process customer payments, track accounts receivables and coordinate collection efforts with internal parties.
  • Perform analytical assignments to produce monthly and ad-hoc revenue management reporting.
  • Accurately post customer payments received through the bank lockbox, EFT payments, and physical checks.
  • Execute on special projects as assigned by the Revenue Manager.

Qualifications:
