DOING OUR PART TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF COVID-19
At Optimal Blue, there is no higher priority than the safety of our clients, partners, employees, and the communities in which we live. In the current environment, it is important for all of us to consciously look for opportunities to do our part in mitigating the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus Disease 2019).
Effective immediately, Optimal Blue has implemented the following three policies:
- Corporate Travel Restrictions: We are asking all Optimal Blue employees to not travel for business on behalf of our company. We are closely monitoring the advice of medical professionals, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and the World Health Organization (WHO), but we currently expect this policy to continue through August 31, 2020, at a minimum.
- On-site Office Visits: Optimal Blue is reorganizing the format of all on-site office visits and meetings to a virtual format, whether the visit was planned to take place at a client location or an Optimal Blue office.
- Work from Home Policy: In an effort to act on the appropriate social distancing guidance that is recommended by medical experts, Optimal Blue will be implementing a Work from Home Policy across our entire organization, beginning on March 16, 2020. We currently expect this policy to continue through August 31, 2020, at a minimum. Our teams are fully equipped with the connectivity, hardware, and software to make this change seamless for our clients and partners.
