The Feature Management tab on the Subscription page is used for activating the Encompass integration with Loansifter. This allows prospective loan and borrower information in Encompass to transfer to Loansifter for product and pricing searches.
In order to activate the Encompass LOS integration, you must first enable the Encompass Integration and add your Encompass SmartClient ID in Loansifter. Additional configuration steps must be completed in Encompass by your organization’s Encompass Administrator. Complete information is available in the Loansifter – Encompass Integration Setup Guide.
Each Corporate Loansifter account can only be associated with one Encompass Company Instance with a single configured SmartClient Instance ID. For example, if you have multiple users on the same Loansifter account, they must all use the same instance of Encompass as validated by the Encompass SmartClient ID. Once you enable the integration, there is an additional monthly charge for every Loansifter user within your company.
