Analyzing Search Results – Loansifter

When a search is submitted, the search results will return with three tabs displayed:

  • Eligible products that meet the user’s target rate or price searched
  • Eligible Products with Other Prices (that do not have an offer that match’s the user’s target rate or price)
  • Ineligible Products.

Expired pricing will be shown in italic, brown text with an Expired tag. Pricing that is current, but may have LLPA/eligibility updates that are in progress, will be tagged as PENDING.

Promotional Investors

Search results may include Promotional Investors as well as approved investors. Promotional Investors are “promoting” their mortgage content and trying to form new broker relationships. The Promotional Investors are indicated with the PROMO tag. You can exclude Promotional investors from the search using the Investor selection options.

Eligible Products

The Eligible Products tab displays a list of all the products that are eligible and have an offer that matches your requested rate or price. The matching offer is shown first. The products returned are sorted with the best rate/price on top.

Product Details

On any of the tabs, you can select any product row to expand it and see the full product details. The full product details include the entire rate/price offering. It also includes a list of all loan level price adjustments, as well as any important notes for the product. You can select any of the additional lock day options to see the rate/price options for that lock period.

Product Information

You can also select the (i) icon next to the product name to see product guideline documents. For an ARM scenario, all ARM information will be shown.

Eligible Products with Different Rate/Price

All products that are eligible but do not have an offer that meets your requested rate or price will show up in the Eligible Products with Different Rate/Price tab. You can select any product row to expand it and see the full product details.

Ineligible Products

Any product that is not eligible under the search parameters will show up on the Ineligible Products tab. A list of reasons why the product is ineligible is displayed next to the product information.
