Customer reporting that a user cannot access Optimal Blue while they are out of the country. This could be either accessing Optimal Blue directly, or via LOS.
They might be getting an error like this screenshot below while launching from Encompass to OB:
Optimal Blue does not actively block access from any particular country, certain IP addresses may get flagged as suspicious or potential spam.
Request which country the user is in, as well as the users IP address (The customer’s IT department may need to help identify the users IP address).
Open a Desktop Support ticket (firstname.lastname@example.org) requesting them to allow traffic through from that IP address.
