- Entity preferences should be set to have Optimal Blue push Corporate and Branch Concessions to the corresponding fields on the Secondary Lock Tool in Encompass. Pushing to these fields allows for Encompass reports to capture Concession charges separate from other LLPAs.
- Notes added to these concessions in Optimal Blue can be viewed within the “Reason for Approval” comments box in Encompass.
