Question: When Price Concessions are done by the Secondary user in Secondary Options, do those show up in the EA Price Concession reports?
Answer: The main difference is that any concession entered through Change Adjustments on 2ndary registration doesn’t have a ‘Reason’ designation, which is different than the Change Request workflow where users select a reason. We report on ‘Reason’ in the price concessions section for EA. For any concessions entered through Change Adjustments, we default the reason to ‘Manually Adjustment’. The other ‘Reason’ shown on that page will be based on what the configured for their change request workflow.
