How to locate XML identifiers for PCLender customers The customer can access this via blue services. Have them log into Blue Services here with their service account credentials. https://services.optimalblue.com/BlueServicesInfo/Login.aspx Then click on Development Resources -> submitrequest There is where they can find XML identifiers.
