Issue:
An Encompass integrated customer has a value pushing into OB for subordinate financing and that value is either incorrect or there should be no subordinate financing.
Action:
Please have them check Encompass field 1732. In a few cases they had a value in that field that they were unaware of and that was what was throwing things off. With the 18.4 Encompass release, 1732 was removed from their forms so they will likely not find it by doing Ctrl + G. Another customer had to run a database report in Encompass to see the value of field 1732.
