Internet Explorer (IE) connection error

The issue with not being able to connect to Optimal Blue using Internet Explorer can be resolved by performing ALL of the following actions:

  1. While in Internet Explorer, click Ctrl+Shift+Delete all at the same time.
  2. Check each of these boxes.
  3. Click Delete
  4. Close ALL of the internet browsers completely
  5. Relaunch Internet Explorer and try again

If after completing these actions, you are still not able to access the Optimal Blue Lender site, please let me know.
