LendingTree offers two workflows.
1. LendingTree Direct with an option to post the Request and Response to a 3rd Party LMS/CRM
2. Leadmailbox with LendingTree
Note: Loansifter is using the unified XML Specs to process Lead offers through the Loansifter Pricing Engine. This is a DIFFERENT XML Schema than Optimal Blue.
The Credentials must match the credentials hosted at the Loansifter system Level.
Loansifter supports:
1. First Lien only (no Heloc)
2. Foreclosure and Bankruptcy must be “Never”
Once pricing is set up, LendingTree can send test leads to Loansifter and transaction logs are available from Diagnostics > LendingTree
– Search by username or LendingTree Client ID
View the Request Response XML to see offer details or repost a transaction for additional testing.
To run the search as the user, navigate back to Client Management and search for a source type of Lending Tree and Quote ID in the scenarios name.
FOR any LMS that doesn’t already consume LT requests the request/response technical documentation is attached in addition to the sample response.
