Fee Manager provides the ability to create built-in fees applicable to any or all of your active investors, specify applicable loan scenarios where the fee will be applied and establish the method in which the fees will be calculated. Investor specific fees are maintained in Loansifter by Optimal Blue, you do not need to create investor fees using Fee Manager.
Investor fees and the fees you apply using Fee Manager will be included in the APR calculation. Do not configure other third-party fees that are not considered a finance charge, such as an appraisal fee or credit report fees.
The ability to create Fee Manager rules is available to account owners and users with Content Management permissions.
