Issue:
Customer is stating that Rate Sheet ID (Encompass fields 2148 & 2219) are not populating on the Secondary Registration Tool.
Likely cause:
Entity Preference “Encompass Select – Use enhanced Investor Ratesheet ID Mapping?” is set to ‘No’.
Changing this to ‘Yes’ will push the ‘Pricing Last Updated’ and ‘BestEx Pricing Last Updated’ fields in OB to Encompass fields 2148 & 2219.
