Issue:
Byte Secondary users are landing on the Secondary Queue, when they should be landing on the Secondary Options page.
This is happening even after the Entity Preference ‘ForceStartOption’ is set to No.
Cause:
The Byte integration script currently sets the Force Start Option to Yes for the integrated entity. If an OB user (System User) subsequently updates the Entity Preferences for that entity, it will set the Force Start Option to Yes for ALL entities.
Resolution:
Short-Term: Always check to make sure the Force Start Option is set to No before updating Entity Preferences for integrated entities.
Long-Term: Add customer to the Customer Demand of Case #197481. This case is to change the integration script to not set the Force Start Option to Yes.
