TPO Webcenter stuck on Processing – Internal


An Encompass TPO Webcenter user clicks ‘Next’ when trying to launch to Optimal Blue and gets stuck on ‘Processing’.


This is most commonly caused by the users accessing TPO Webcenter via Chrome, as TPO Webcenter is not fully compatible with the Chrome browser.


Use Internet Explorer to access TPO Webcenter.

If the customer is having this issue and they are using a browser other than Chrome, please send the ticket to Client Solutions for further research.
