Why are lock expiration emails being sent even if the loan has closed or funded?

We do not have a “loan status” in Optimal Blue, just a locked status.

 

We are controlling our lock status based on the lock request and lock accept dates in Optimal Blue.

 

Please contact Optimal Blue Client Services to add a “Close Loan” button that Secondary or the LO can manually select to change the status in Optimal Blue to Closed to prevent future emails from being sent.

 

Closing loans can be automated via the API, please reach out to Client Services for more details.
