Client Advisor (Mortgage pricing technology) – Plano, TX

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Optimal Blue Client Advisor who is responsible for a variety of tasks required to provide support for existing customers.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Maintain customer relationships; proactively provide customers with helpful information regarding the system and make suggestions on how to use the system to its full capability
  • Complete defined Client Advisor/Product training to obtain complete understanding of the system
  • Converse with customers by phone addressing any questions, problems, and ongoing training
  • Stay informed on new release changes and new products
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service evidenced by customer feedback and performance reviews
  • Stay informed on industry trends
  • Successfully complete defined product training to obtain complete understanding of the system

  • Tech Savvy! You learn new technology quickly, you like to teach others to use technology and you’re always up for learning something new
  • At least two years’ experience in the residential mortgage industry
  • Secondary marketing experience a definite plus
  • Familiarity and experience with mortgage technology including PPEs, LOS, etc.
  • Familiarity and understanding of the loan process from origination to sale
  • Familiarity with investor rate sheets and product guidelines
  • Basic to advanced computer skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
