Job Summary:
We are looking for an Optimal Blue Client Advisor who is responsible for a variety of tasks required to provide support for existing customers.
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Maintain customer relationships; proactively provide customers with helpful information regarding the system and make suggestions on how to use the system to its full capability
- Complete defined Client Advisor/Product training to obtain complete understanding of the system
- Converse with customers by phone addressing any questions, problems, and ongoing training
- Stay informed on new release changes and new products
- Demonstrate excellent customer service evidenced by customer feedback and performance reviews
- Stay informed on industry trends
- Successfully complete defined product training to obtain complete understanding of the system

- Tech Savvy! You learn new technology quickly, you like to teach others to use technology and you’re always up for learning something new
- At least two years’ experience in the residential mortgage industry
- Secondary marketing experience a definite plus
- Familiarity and experience with mortgage technology including PPEs, LOS, etc.
- Familiarity and understanding of the loan process from origination to sale
- Familiarity with investor rate sheets and product guidelines
- Basic to advanced computer skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
