This document provides information about the enhancements and resolved issues included in the 2019.06 release of the family of Optimal Blue products occurring on July 13, 2019, including:
- Itemized Dynamic Markups including the ability to assign specific markups to any markup level available to provide more granular LOS integration capability and margin reporting.
- New Expanded Guideline (Non-QM) search fields to simplify product set up and maintenance while enabling faster, borrower specific product search results.
- Enhancements to the Price Concession Change Request functionality improving the submission, approval and reporting of price concession activities.
- New API endpoints including, Price Concession Requests, direct management of LLPAs, Secondary Best Execution Search results, Lock Desk Management for Relock Requests, and more.
