With this release, we continue to make improvements to maximize the efficiency and speed of the Optimal Blue system. The System Optimization Enhancements segment in the Optimal Lender section of the Release Notes contains a list of the improvements being made with this release.
This release also includes:
- An enhancement to Pricing Insight searches.
- Further additions to our API platform. Our API enhancements include new endpoints to support our Post Lock Changes product suite.
- Enhancements for our new BESTX Mortgage Insurance functionality, as well as a webinar link for any customers that wish to attended a demo.
- This release also addresses the changes announced to the VA Funding Fee effective for loans closed on or after January 1, 2020, and provides information on how updates to the maximum guaranty amounts will be handled.
