Optimal Blue will consider the following 2023 federal holidays when calculating lock expiration dates. You can configure the system to either roll the lock expiration date forward or backward when it falls on one of these dates. These settings are in your Configuration site, Admin Tab, Business Channel settings (screenshot below).
If you prefer to create a custom list of holidays that adds or removes from these default dates, please provide your updates to your Client Services Team and they will configure the system on your behalf.
