Originators can change the product on a locked loan using the automated Change Request feature.

Secondary users can view historical results that include additional or multiple loan product types. From the Secondary Queue: 1. Select the loan. 2. Click the Historical Research icon. 3. Click the Product Search icon. 4. Make your selection by checking the appropriate boxes in the First Lien Search Criteria section, and click Submit. After you see the real-time results, you can go back to Historical Research, click Re-Submit, and review the historical results.
