Issue:
A LO is attempting to relock a cancelled loan, and there are adjustments or concessions that are showing from the previous lock.
Cause:
On the original lock, these concessions or adjustors were marked as ‘Static’. This can be seen in the Change Adjustments of the 2ndary Options page.
Resolution:
On the 2ndary Options page, uncheck the Static check box for each adjustment that should no longer apply, click the Save action.
