Course Overview
The Configuration Site – Rate Sheet Generation training introduces you to the functionality which exports investor pricing from Optimal Blue into a customized rate sheet by the internal Optimal Blue Administrator. In this course, you will study how to build custom rate sheet products inside the Optimal Blue Configuration Site, how to configure an Excel template that will accurately pull information from the Optimal Blue site, and how to generate pricing from the site into the template on a daily basis. The course covers the following main areas:
- Building a Product Tree: Product Set and Product
- Pricing Source Configuration: SRPs and Lock Periods/Delivery Pads
- Blended Pricing Source and Pricing Generation
- Building the Rate Sheet Excel Template
- Daily Rate Sheet Generation
Lesson 1: Building a Product Tree: Product Set and Product
- Create a Product Set
- Create a Product
- Enable Investors to use for Rate Sheet pricing
Lesson 2: Pricing Source Configuration: SRP and Lock Periods/Delivery Pad
- Include an Average SRP (if applicable)
- Configure Lock Periods (to include delivery pad if applicable)
Lesson 3: Blended Pricing Source & Pricing Generation
- Add & Compare Multiple Pricing Sources
- Add Blended Pricing Source / Select Blended Pricing Source / Exclude Investor from Blend
- Pricing Generation: Select All- Update / Select All – Activate
Lesson 4: Building the Rate Sheet Excel Template
- Configure Excel Template from Existing Rate Sheet or Sample
