Use the Configuration Views screen to run reports from information loaded in the Optimal Blue system. For example, the Overlays report allows you to quickly determine where you have applied overlays: entity, product level, grid set, and grid rule. The Users w/ Full Detail report allows you to quickly see when a user last logged into the system and to what entity that user belongs.

From Secondary Queue tab, click the Configuration Views option.

Select the type of report from the View drop-down list, and select the appropriate entity or investor from Entity drop-down list.
The information matching your criteria displays in the Report Preview Grid.

To export the data into an Excel spreadsheet, and click the Export button. Click “Open” to review the file immediately, or click “Save” to save it on your computer.
