Customize Loan Details Tab

The Loan Details tab displays information about the loan, including information about the borrower and property as well as information about the loan product and pricing. You can configure which fields display on the Loan Details pop-up page and the order in which those fields display. 

  1. Display the loan details of a loan in the system. You can display the loan details using many methods, including clicking a dot on the scatter plot diagram.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the Loan Details page, and click the Customize Displayed Fields button.

  3. Drag fields that you want to display from the Available Fields group box to the Select Fields group box. To remove fields from the display, drag them from the Selected Fields group box to the Available Fields group box.

  4. Click and drag the fields in the Selected Fields group box to rearrange them in the order that you want them to display on the Loan Details page.

  5. Click the Save button.

Admin Tab Settings

Use the following procedure to change the display settings on the Fair Lending Landing page and scatter plot diagram.

  1. Select the Fair Lending option from the Admin tab.

  2. Configure the appropriate options:
  • What would you like to use the group the loans on the summary page?—Choose how you want the system to group loans on the Fair Lending Landing page:  Reviewed Status (Reviewed/Unreviewed), Percentage Minority in Zip Code (0%-32%, 33%-65%, 66%-100%, Unreviewed), or HMDA data (Control Group, Protected Group, Unknown Group, Unreviewed Group).
NOTE:  You can only use this option if HMDA data has been uploaded to your system.
  • Do you want to show the loan statistics information for the selected date range?—Choose whether you want the number of loans included/excluded in the date range on the Fair Lending Landing page to display:  Yes or No.
  • What would you like to set the maximum threshold rate rage to?—This option defines the amount above the average that you consider in the normal range for your loans. For instance, if the average rate for loans is 3.475%, and you set the maximum threshold to .250, loans at or below 3.725% and above the minimum threshold are considered in the normal range. This range displays as a blue band on the scatter plot diagram.

  • What would you like to set the minimum threshold rate range to?—This option defines the amount below the average that you consider in the normal range for your loans. For instance, if the average rate for loans is 3.475%, and you set the minimum threshold to .250, loans at or above 3.225% and below the maximum threshold are considered in the normal range. This range displays as a blue band on the scatter plot diagram.

  1. Click the Update Properties button.

  2. To return to the Fair Lending Landing page, click the 2ndary tab and the Fair Lending option.
