EA (Enterprise Analytics) box is greyed out (unclickable) on user admin

Question: When looking at a user in user admin screen the EA checkbox is greyed out (unclickable), why is that?

Answer: With the new user admin screens, you have to enter as an OB user to make this update. Here are the steps to do this

1. Log into Optimalblue.com

2. From website selection screen, choose system admin tab. 

3. Click on User Management tab

4. Choose appropriate customer from dropdown

5. Edit user

6. Check the Enterprise Analytics checkbox and save
