Encompass Error: Loan with GUID not found

When Secondary user tried to select the loan from the Secondary Queue in Optimal Blue

 

Cause: 

The loan was originated in a different Encompass server than the server (URL) we have in Blue Services. 

Action by CA: Verify in Blue Services the URL we have recorded matches what the customer sends in response to the question below. If you do not know how to do this, please check with Integrations. 

Once it is determined the loan was originated in a different URL than URL in Blue Services, we will need to instruct the customer, they will first need to have the entity preference “UpdateImportedLoanWithCurrentLO” set to Yes so that the loan will move back into the correct channel within Optimal Blue. Then launch out on that loan with credentials that are tied to the channel their server is pointed to. 

Delete above and send to customer: 

This error is generated when the loan is originated in a different Encompass server than the URL we have configured for your site.  Could you please let me know which server (URL) was used to create the loan?
