Encompass Error: Request Lock via partner interface has not been enabled by your administrator.

Occurs when an originator attempts to request a lock

 

Cause: 

Encompass Product and Pricing settings have not yet been configured. 


Delete above and send to Customer: 

This error occurs when your Encompass settings have not been completely configured. Please configure as follows: 

1) Encompass Settings- Optimal Blue-Enhanced 
a. Once logged into Encompass, select the Settings option 

b. Expand the Secondary Setup option, then select Product and Pricing

c. Select Optimal Blue-Enhanced as Product and Pricing Provider and check the Request Lock and Lock Confirm checkboxes (see screenshot below)
