Issue

Customer unable to launch to Optimal Blue from Encompass


Cause

Optimal Blue security protocol requires that clients use TLS 1.2 and above. 


Delete above and send to customer: 

Optimal Blue’s security protocol requires that clients use TLS 1.2 and above.  This popup will display when The user’s security settings do not have this option checked.  Go to internet options, advanced tab, scroll to the bottom and make sure the “Use TLS 1.2” is checked.
