The Fee Configuration screen allows secondary administrators to enter borrower fees so they can be displayed to loan officers using Origination Style search results. The Origination Style results enable loan officers to better quote borrowers with details such as closing costs, discount/rebate, third party fees and APR. Administrators can configure which fees are included in the APR calculation and how fees are handled by the QM policy feature.
