You can exit Scratch Pad Mode without saving changes by clicking the Update Loan from Scratchpad icon (previously Copy Loan to Scratchpad). Click the Cancel All Changes button at the bottom and you will still be in the loan but no longer in Scratch Pad mode. You can also exit Scratch Pad mode by returning to the 2ndary Queue and releasing the loan. To update a loan from Scratch Pad Mode:

Click the Update Loan From Scratch Pad icon in the loan status bar.

Select which changes you wish to accept or cancel, and choose the appropriate button at the bottom of the page.
If you want to exit Scratch Pad Mode without saving any changes, click the Cancel All Changes button.
