Internal – Bulk Replies

There is currently no way to send a new outgoing email to multiple contacts (bcc style) at one time. You can however, add a reply to several tickets at once. This can come in handy when there is an issue and you want to update several customers on the current status. Another use case is if you need to follow up with several customers where you have sent an outbound email.

Example: If you wanted to follow-up with the customers who have not responded about a project you are working on…

  • Filter your tickets by Source to only ‘Outbound Email’; Status = ‘All Unresolved’
  • Check all the tickets that you want to reply to.
  • Click Bulk Update
  • Check the From reply and add the reply you want to send to your customers & click Update.
