The issue with not being able to connect to Optimal Blue using Internet Explorer can be resolved by performing ALL of the following actions:
- While in Internet Explorer, click Ctrl+Shift+Delete all at the same time.
- Check each of these boxes.
- Click Delete
- Close ALL of the internet browsers completely
- Relaunch Internet Explorer and try again
If after completing these actions, you are still not able to access the Optimal Blue Lender site, please let me know.
