Version 1.1.3 of the Optimal Blue PPE Mobile App for iOS will be released on Friday, June 23rd, 2023. It may take up to 24 hours for the new version to be available on your iPhone. If your iPhone is set to auto-update apps, you will automatically see this release downloaded shortly after it becomes available.
The following enhancements are included in this release:
Support for US Territories
Optimal Blue is excited to announce support for US Territories for OB Mobile for iOS. Territories and their districts and municipalities can be selected from the State and County drop-down or populated by entering a ZIP code.
Search Form – Additional Info Enhancements
The following fields will be included on the Additional Info page of the Search Form:
- A toggle to allow Reduced MI to be included in the search scenario.
- A Prepayment Penalty drop-down menu containing options for None (will be the default) and one through five years.
Conforming Loan Type Changed to Conventional
The Conforming loan type will be replaced with Conventional. Selecting Conventional for the Loan type will return both Conforming and Non-Conforming products in the search results.
Rate & Price Grid Display Enlarged
The display of the rate and price grid within the search results will be enlarged to make it easier to view and to expand a rate to view the Quote Details page.
Estimated MI Displayed on Quote Details Page
The Estimated MI value will be displayed on the Quote Details page.
