It is important that Lender Fees and any other fees that are considered prepaid finance charges be configured in Optimal Blue so that APR can be calculated correctly. The Fee Configuration screen allows secondary administrators to enter Lender Fees to be included in the APR calculation that displays to loan officers using Origination Style search results.
