Users with content management permissions can set which states are licensed and active for the account. This allows you to disable the states that are not applicable to your business model.
To access the Licensed States page, select the Admin option then the Licensed States option.
On the Licensed States page, select the Status slider for any state to activate or deactivate it. For a new account all states will start in Active status.
When configuring loan officer compensation by state, only active licensed states will be shown. On the search form, only active licensed states will be available to include in the search parameters.
